Two seminars have been scheduled for Association Registrars to review registration procedures in preparation for the 2009-2010 season. Topics will include: l Residential Qualification, l player registration, l player movement, l Joint Teams, l team formation (carding/rostering), l roster changes, l Affiliate Players/Casual Players, and l important dates/deadlines. Since both sessions will cover the same material, Registrars have a choice of which session to attend. |

This open forum seminar for the Presidents of PCAHA-member Minor Hockey Associations has been scheduled to assist Presidents undertake their very important volunteer position. Among the items covered will be l amateur hockey structure, l BC Hockey and PCAHA programs, l disciplinary procedures, l appeal procedures, l communications, and l timelines/seasonal issues. New Presidents are particularly encouraged to attend this seminar. |

This seminar has been scheduled to assist Tournament Directors master the administrative details related to hosting a tournament, and will cover l tournament sanctioning procedures, l BC Hockey and PCAHA forms and reports, and l the rules and regulations of Hockey Canada, BC Hockey, and the PCAHA as they apply to tournaments. If your Association is planning to host one or more tournaments this season, it is important that your Tournament Director(s) attend this seminar. |

This seminar is held as a training and information session for PCAHA League Managers, the people responsible for operation of the PCAHA’s Minor Hockey leagues.
