PCAHA GAME REPORT PROCEDURE

2006-2007 SEASON

Referee Write-up Procedure:  
In all circumstances in which the referee is required to report violations of the rules (including Match Penalties, Gross Misconducts, Game Misconducts, 10-min. Misconducts in the last 10 minutes of the game, and teams refusing to start play) or any other matters of concern, he or she shall take the original (white) copy of the gamesheet and forward it within 24 hours of the completion of the game to the BC Hockey or PCAHA Officer responsible, together with a written report of the circumstances (on the reverse side of the gamesheet or attached).

 and forward a photocopy to the other BCAHA and/or PCAHA Officer(s) involved.

Note 2: If a game report is faxed, 
the original game sheet and write-up must be forwarded by mail within 24 hours of the game.
